  • How much time does it take Inhousefilming.com to finish my video?

    We take pride in being very fast, without compromising quality. How much time it takes, depends on the complexity and duration of your video. If you announce when you’re going to upload your footage beforehand, we typically have a first version ready for you within one or two days.

  • How much does a video cost?

    At Inhousefilming.com you pay as you go. We apply a fixed hourly rate for editing. Time spent editing your video depends on the duration and the complexity. A typical video of two minutes, with one interviewee and cover shots, on average will cost between €250 - €350. A more complex video - four minutes with for example five interviews - could cost €1500.

  • Can I use our own camera to film?

    Yes of course. You’re also welcome to use your smartphone, for example, or an action camera. Be aware however that the audio quality often is poor. At Inhousefilming.com you can rent complete video equipment kits, which include everything you need (e.g. professional microphones, tripod etc) to achieve high quality video results.

  • How do I apply video in my organisation?

    You need three things: people that can film, cameras and a plan. First, you need to make a year plan. We can help you do this. The result is a video content calendar with video scripts. Next, you set up a team of video reporters, we will train them. They can be spread out over the world or right there in your office. We can provide them with cameras and they can execute the video year plan.

  • What is a video plan session?

    This is an intensive full or half day where we plan your video wishes for the rest of the year based upon your strategy. We identify and prioritize your video series and create the scripts (how-to’s) to make them. At the end of the day, you know exactly what series and how many videos you’re going to make, as well as the budget and other resources necessary to succeed. It makes working with video communications a lot more structural and effective. From here on, it’s all about getting it done.

    Yes, we can. We appreciate that there might be projects you need to outsource. Maybe you’re short on filmers, or maybe you just appreciate a helping hand.   • What is a how-to?

    A how-to is a semi-generic script guiding you through filming the episodes of your series. It describes what and how to shoot an episode. You simply reuse the how-to for every shoot. Very convenient and efficient.

    Very much like your branding guide describes how to use your logo, fonts, colors, a video branding guide has the same function, but for video. It includes moving, visual elements. An intro, outro, bug, transitions, title screens, lower thirds etc. are all integrated parts of a video house style. It’s a guarantee that every video you send out, is aligned with your organisation’s branding guidelines. If you don’t have a video branding, we can create one for you. Once we got your video house branding, we make sure that every video you co-create with us, is perfectly aligned with your branding requirements.
